The AC is a bit hot.

Great location for WTC. Very close to metro station.

Small rooms, noise from outside is too much probably from Air condition devices were located close to my room. Faced difficulties to fall a sleep.

just size of the rooms were really small and we had lots of luggages

I made my reservation in the last minute but ibis Dubai World Trade Center exceeds my expectations. What I was looking is the location of the hotel and the breakfast. Location was great. Only 2 minutes walk to the metro station, really well connected with the rest of the city.At the reviews it was mentioned as it was somehow OK but hotel has a very nice breakfast. Lots of options. Bed was also really comfortable. They brought fresh cookies to my room on the first day for the welcome. Really nice gesture.

Only down part was the curtains at the room. The rooms hasn't got a blind curtain for the night. They have a roll down curtain and it's not If you like sleeping completely in the dark than I can say it's not the best option. I am also sharing a picture of the curtain as well. But overall it was a really nice

the hotel is very clean and friendly staff many thanks to Mr Gamal in the reception for being kind and welcoming

The breakfast was nice and fulfilling, the distance to the room was not too long and it is close to a metro station which was convenient for my stay

Staff were so prompt and helpful especially the lady from front desk Kai.

No basic amenities like gym or pool area. The water closet model needs to be more efficient, needs few flushes to clean fully. Which defeats sustainability.

Really enjoyed in ibis hotel coffee free and staff very helpful specially the team in reception Jom and Jamal I don’t remember all but all very humble and smiling

Cleanliness - Maintenance of the property. Nothing really besides that.

The shower head takes time for the shower to start - Which takes about 4-5 mins When starts, its starts with cold water for another for 5mins min & the hot water comes in The shower head itself is chosen & the water force is set so the water bills can be saved & the water is really show & like sprinkles of rain. Literally it was clear that the property was trying to save on bills & as much as they can in all possible ways. No tissues at all, had to request. Water bottles are provided 2 only & everytime you ask for water the staff delivers but asks for the empty water bottles. They staff asks to rate them coming to the door which is not appreciated. This should be done at the time of check out at the reception is fine but they ask you at the door you stay & on the first day itself. Empty fridgeCorners have been cut in all possible ways in the best location.

The location is extremely convenient if you are attending exibitions in Dubai Trade Centre, it’s literally connected to the hotel and a 1 minute walk.

Great location for the exhibition at WTC

Only the AC which was kind of inactive in the 7th floor. Not sure if something is wrong with the AC in 736 and 738. Kindly doublecheck as it was so noisy at the time!

If you are visiting GITEX this is a good choice in terms of location. Other than that, I wouldn't prefer to stay here.

Rooms are very narrow, smells moisture, no proper wardrobes inside. All my staff is smelling moisture. Walls are very thin. I heard snoring of the person staying in the next room. There is only one restaurant under the hotel, it is rather expensive comparing with the similar ones in Dubai.
